Terms of Use for Franklin

Welcome to Franklin! By using the Franklin app (“App”), you agree to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

Franklin is designed to help you learn new things and improve your memory. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Franklin. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Content

Some features of Franklin allow you to create and save your own learning content. You keep ownership of anything you create, but by using the App, you give us permission to store and process that content so we can provide the service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your data or learning content.

3. Accounts

If you create an account (via email, Apple, or Google), you are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Don’t share your account or impersonate someone else.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Franklin — including text, code, design, and branding — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the App without permission, except where clearly allowed.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use Franklin in any way that violates laws or regulations

• Try to break or hack the App

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App

• Upload offensive or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to suspend or remove your access if you violate these rules.

6. Disclaimers

Franklin is provided “as is.” While we do our best to make the App great, we can’t guarantee it will always be perfect or bug-free. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the App.

7. Termination

You can stop using Franklin at any time. We may also suspend or end your access if necessary (for example, in case of abuse or violation of these Terms).

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms over time. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know in the App or by email (if you provided one). Continuing to use Franklin means you accept the updated Terms.
